Order Processing
In-stock orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
Special-order or pre-order items may require additional processing time. An estimated timeframe will be provided when possible.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the available shipping method and destination.
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Rates
Standard U.S. shipping is $7.99. We offer FREE standard shipping on orders of $150 or more. Local pickup is available at no additional charge.
Tracking
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow some time for the carrier to update the tracking information.
Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available for customers in the Des Plaines, Illinois area. Please select local pickup at checkout if the option is available. Pickup details will be provided after your order is ready.
Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.
Lost, Delayed or Damaged Packages
If your package appears to be lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. Carrier delays that occur after an order has been shipped may be outside our control.
