Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase from Laleczka i Miś! 💕 If you are not completely satisfied, we accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery or purchase.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all original tags attached. Proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, please contact us before returning your item. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final Sale Items

Sale and clearance items, gift cards, and special or custom-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when you receive it. If an item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available depending on product and size availability. Please contact us to check availability before returning an item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional processing time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
